Return & Refund Policy

At Beautelora, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully select quality products and strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.

  • In their original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Beauty & Personal Care Products

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty, skincare, makeup, cosmetics, and personal care products cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We'll review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processing or shipped and can no longer be canceled.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
